Q: What does CSC stand for?

A: Cue Sports Club

Q: Do I have to make an account in order to use the site?

A: As of right now, yes. In the future we will add feature that allows users to complete an exam as a guest.

Q: Why should I make an account?

A: The CSC Billiard Analytics is unique from similar exam scoring webpages becuase we keep track of all your past scores in our database. So no matter what device you are taking the exam on, your data will always be there. We also take your scores and allow you to see you progress visually by providing a breakdown of you scores in a table and using a chat to display your ability in certain areas of billiards.

Q: Do I need someone to administer the exam?

A: It is recommended that you have someone else mark your shots, but it is not entirely neccessary.

Q: How do I fill out the exam sheet?

A: For the parts of the exams that are success or fail, just click in the box once if you successfully completed the shot and twice if you missed/failed the shot. For the parts that require a number representing how many balls were pocketed, repeatedly click the box until the desired number is reached.

Q: How will I know how to setup each part of the exam?

A: Just hover you mouse over the scoring section of each part and the picture on the right will change to show you how to set up the table specifically for that section.

Q: How many exams can I take?

A: As many as you want!

Q: Do I need to take Exam I first?

A: Yes, as your score in Exam I will determine which Exam II you should take.

Q: How do I know which Exam II to take?

A: Your profile will tell you which Exam II you should take based on your most recent Exam I scores.
Exam I score between 0-49 = Bachelors
Exam I score between 50-69 = Masters
Exam I score between 70-100 = Doctorate

Q: My submission didn't work?

A: This website is not perfect and there will be errors at times. If an exam does not submit, try submitting again. Otherwise refresh your page and fill it our again (sorry). If your profile does not come up right away, either refresh the page or go to the profiles page and click on your username. If the signup page doesn't work, refresh the page and try again. Otherwise wait a little while before trying to create another account.

Q: How can I delete an exam from my profile?

A: We hope that you do not ask to delete an exam from you profile because we believe it is good to see the progress you are making while taking the exam multiple times. But if it is necessary, please email cscbilliardanalytics@gmail.com with your details and we will get back to you as soon as we can and fix your scores.

A: We would appreciate it if you helped spread this website to fellow players. We hope that this site will eventually be used by worldwide so that users can not only look at their exam scores but can also take a look at how others perform on their exams as well.
